Mr & Mrs Campbell

Tamworth Wedding Photographer, Thorpe Constantine Wedding, Thorpe Garden Wedding Photography, Documentary Wedding Photography

Yesterday’s ceremony was held at the incredibly beautiful St. Peter’s Church in Sutton Coldfield with the reception at the stunning venue: Thorpe Gardens in Thorpe Constantine. Despite a big scare with a day of dreadful weather on the eve of the wedding, we were treated to some gorgeous July sunshine all day long. Couple the weather with Thorpe Gardens and you have the ingredients for a perfect summer wedding.

The bride, groom and some closer family and guests were transported between venues in Nothing but Wedding Cars beautiful VW campervan and Beetle which suited the style and locations of the wedding perfectly. The cake, which looked made to perfection, was supplied by the incredibly talented Cakes by Caron, and looked incredible sat inside the fairy light adorned yurt.

Despite covid restrictions being reduced further, there are still some limitations on evening receptions and dancing. However, the perfect compromise was found with the band Apollo Soul playing out onto the patio, sounds gently lingering through the yurt and around the grounds, providing just the right summers evening vibe with the spectacular backdrop of the sunset over the walled gardens.

I have been so excited for Emma & Simon’s wedding since they decided to book me, they are the loveliest of couples and it was a complete pleasure to capture their wedding day. I can’t wait to get editing on the rest of your photos now <3
