Mr & Mrs Burley

It was the turn of the ever so lovely Michelle & Dan to say their vows this weekend gone. We were treated to some incredible May weather, football drama, a surprise vehicle to collect the groom, tons of tears, much laughing and an amazing Beatles tribute band.

My day started off with a couple of photos of the groom and his party in Kingsbury village. Dan’s face when he realised the Del Boy Robin Reliant that was pouring smoke out the exhaust and back firing whilst driving down the road was there to pick him up was amazing!

The wedding was held at Brook Marston Farm and in a first for me, the ceremony was held outside. The weather was lovely, there was plenty of tears and so many smiles from the bride, groom and their guests.

In a ‘you couldn’t write it’ kind of twist to the wedding, Liverpool FC was playing Chelsea FC in the FA cup final, and you guessed it, the bride is a Chelsea fan and the groom a Liverpool fan. There was much banter and sneaking updates on phones from the wedding party.

My day was rounded off by photographing the sweetest first dance, with Michelle being stole from Dan, by her dad and stepdad, it was lovely and caused many more tears with guests. The Undercover Beatles took over the entertainment after the first dance and they were brilliant!

It was such a pleasure to photograph Michelle & Dan’s wedding, thank you for picking me to capture your wedding day!
